Margarita w/ Hojiblanca EVOO

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Tequila
- ½ oz Cointreau
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Ice
- Egg White
- Lime wedge for garnish
- 20 drops of Hojiblanca Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain
Instructions

- If desired, salt the rim of a chilled cocktail or margarita glass, by using olive oil to wet the glass borders.
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into the prepared glass with or without fresh ice.
- Garnish with the lime wedge.
