Our favorite everyday olive oil. Loaded with healthy polyphenols. Arbequina olives have a long, storied history originating from Spain’s Catalonia region. Today, they grow extremely well across much of California, allowing us to produce a delicious, buttery oil of medium-intense grassy, herbaceous and green olive notes, with a hint of fresh pepper. In a word? Glorious. And perfect for every day use.
The fruit for this oil comes from a small Northern California orchard, 16 to 17-year-old trees.
